WILDLIFE is a projection from a moving car onto buildings in the city. The tiger's movements are programmed to correspond to the speed of the car: as the car moves, the tiger runs along it speeding up and slowing down with the car, as the car stops, the tiger stops also. The framerate of the movie corresponds to the speed of the wheel rotation, picked up by a sensor.

I love this project. I'd be very curious to see what it looks like from the perspective of someone on the street. I know it will look much less coherent in situations with lots of trees, etc. ... but I wonder exactly how badly it's destroyed when you change the perspective of the viewer.

when the viewer sees it off-axis it is much more incoherent than a not-continuous projection surface. from the perspective of the car (passenger in the projection car) there can be barely anything there to project on, streetlights, wire fence, trees, almost anything will do to create an illusion of a continuous image -- this was pretty surprising. but a viewer on the sidewalk on the same side of the street as the wall with the projected image most likely will miss it entirely.

    This is perfect!
...but still quite well visible from off-axis view (as in the end of this video experience...).
    Wildlife in streets begins!
    Really inspiring and well done!
