This is Nigel attacking Ian with a small red balloon (which sat in the corner for at least two months, and proved itself to be indestuctible, go figure) and a small toy cat at the same time. Normally this wouldn't bother most people, but this is Ian that we're talking about... Notice his drastic "tweak out" towards the end- absolutely beautiful...
