The Government Chad is poised to welcome wanted war criminal Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir into their country for the fourth time since a warrant was issued for his arrest by the International Criminal Court.
As a member of the Court, Chad has an international obligation to arrest Bashir. We’re responding to Chad’s unwillingness to stand for the victims of the killing in Darfur. Projecting massive images and video stories from survivors onto the Embassy of Chad, we are sending a clear message that any government who welcomes Bashir will be held accountable.
