i had a marathon cooking day today. here's what i made.
1. home made meatballs and gravy
2. two giant pans of lasagna
3. a huge pot of the best baked beans ever!
4. two killer veggie quiche's
5. stuffed peppers
6. a stuffed meatloaf
7 turkey burgers
tomorrow i'm making chicken cordon bleu and a crispy crunchy chicken dish, too.
why am i making all of this?
i'm leaving mark at home while i take off to vegas for two weeks. while i'm gone, i thought he would like to have some home made eats! so i did a marathon cooking day, then froze everythig.
all he has to do is come home, pop the stuff in the microwave and BAM! home made meal.
i'm such a good wifey.

while i'm in vegas, my dad is going to show me the secret family home made italian sausage recipe. he makes it from scratch, and it's amazing.

i might try and get some canyon hiking in while i'm there. :-)
nope. no guilt cooking here. :-)
only because i love him something fierce. :-)
