I am now in my second year of freelancing and I'm loving it.
Working in Kenya on Planet Earth Live and covering the Olympics have been career highlights.
From assistant editor in BBC news I quickly progressed to cutting weekly shows such as The Money Programme and Panorama.
I then moved to BBC Post Production where I became a key editor working on many flagship programmes. I was also involved with the creativity of promotions and demanding on air sports shows.
My unique career means I have a wide variety of techniques and approaches that I can bring to any project. I am happy to work alone on a brief and can offer a complete service to my clients from pre- production planning to online finishing.
I have a strong editorial sense and my BBC training guarantees high technical standards.
I’m always looking to add that little bit of extra polish whether it’s from graphics or sound effects. I’m also a practicing musician, which complements many aspects of my job from tasteful music choices to balancing sound for broadcast.
