I took a bunch of pictures while we jumped and then imported that whole set into Final Cut Pro, then i told final cut to show each image for a certain interval I think it was .05 seconds maybe, added some music, a title, and then exported it. All in all time spent actually editing this together was probably about 20-25 minutes. Learning your way around final cut is tricky but i know you can also do something like this with quicktime, you can import images and have it show each at a set interval.

haha nice title, i was just referencing Kundera the other day.
Remember a lot of similar stuff made a long time ago with 16mm and Super 8 mm cameras with stop motion.
Films were longer, more varied and more fluid too.
