Inspired by the story of the courtesan, Zubeida, from the post Mughal era designers Ashish and Vikrant created a whole new collection. The collection carried the royal essence of the nawabs. The work on the collection was rich with intricate vintage embroidery sewn on the ensembles. Interesting cuts on the georgette, cotton and mashroos brought out the classiness on the ramp. The colour palette of the collection carried only blacks and whites with a hint of pink pops on few ensembles. Thashika speaks to the designers about their collection and much more.
