Liz, sixteen, awkward and overweight, finds herself hating fat camp more than she hates her body. Trapped in a daily routine of exercise and strict 'weigh-ins', Liz tries to escape camp, have an affair with the kitchen guy and avoid any attempt to enjoy the summer.
