Nice video. I find it very helpful when other web designers show how they work and organise things. I think many web designers don't actually like sharing how they work - we don't usually seem to talk about it much.

I'm on Windows unfortunately, and unfortunately there doesn't appear to be a compatible version of Little Snapper. However, I've found an Adobe AIR program (so cross platform) called WebKut which seems to have some of the basic functionality of Little Snapper. toki-woki.net/p/WebKut/
