Welcome to the Taipei Arena. After waiting for two weeks, the US men basketball team has finally come to their first game day against China. Now, all of the US men basketball team is pumped up to start. Continue watching for the result.

Renca Dunn: So far, the US men are leading the game. I am curious what is your advice for the US athletes out there?
Robert DaVila: Well, you know that not everyone can qualify for participation in the games. It requires exceptional skills, long hours of preparation, and training. Only a selected few are able to become successful into making it in the Deaflympics. However, my advice to the athletes is to enjoy this opportunity and experience. Because you will remember these games and the memories will last with you for a lifetime. You will never forget this experience. It is a rare opportunity to participate and show the world that Deaf people can do as much as any other group of hearing people. The Deaflympics is a great purpose to compete against other people. It is also a place to meet new people, make new friends, and to show the hearing people that Deaf people can do as well as any other group.

Now, for the halftime report: US men- 53, China- 42.

Wow! Sekoe White just gave his first SLAM DUNK. The people are cheering.

The result of the US men basketball team is that the US men has 103 points and China has 77 points. Chi Pun made the last shot of the game. Congratulations.
