Stanford 2002 APDA Round 2
This is one of the Stanford University 2002 American Parliamentary Debate Association (APDA) tournament's second rounds, between the Brandeis/Princeton hybrid (a.k.a. "Albuquerque/Fresno") and Pacific MB.
As Government, Brandeis/Princeton (Storey Clayton & Emily Garin) offered an opp-choice case on whether a hypothetical breakaway republic, upon taking over an enemy fort and discovering a cache of illegal chemical weapons therein, should use those weapons in their war against the state they are rebelling against or not.
The Opposition, Pacific MB (Andrea Borcea & Alfredo Mendez) chose to use the weapons.
Government won the round.
