Skate Night Bucureşti 2008 a fost o seară dedicată plimbatului pe role. Acest eveniment a avut loc pe 20 septembrie 2008 între orele 17:00 şi 23:00, pe Şoseaua Kiseleff între Arcul de Triumf şi Str. Arh. Ion Mincu, unde consulatul german, împreună cu SkateWorld România şi alţi sponsori au reuşit să primească aprobarea poliţiei de a desfăşura acest eveniment ce a conţinut mai multe concursuri, atât de viteză cât şi de slalom freestyle.

Skate Night Bucharest 2008 was a night dedicate to inline skating. This event took place on the 20th September 2008, between 5 PM and 11 PM, on Kiseleff Street, between the Arc de Triumf and Arh. Ion Mincu street, where the German consulate, with the help of SkateWorld Romania and other sponsors received the authorization to close this section of the street to traffic, and organize competitions, for speed skating and slalom freestyle skating.
