This is an example of sensory dominance. Sight over sound.
First watch while focusing on the person on the left. Listen to what he is saying. Then watch again and focus on the right. Watch again and switch between the two. On the left the person is saying 'ba'. On the right 'fa'.
The sound is exactly the same throughout. But when you see the person mouthing 'fa' instead of 'ba' the mind makes you hear 'fa'. No matter how many times you do it, and even though you know the sound is 'ba', you will hear 'fa'.
