Feet first Appalachian dance team write their own dances using traditional steps from the Appalachian mountains in the US. This dance was named after the "M 62" in the UK.
Often Margaret sings a slow song called "Blackberry Blossom" and then the band go straight into the fast-paced tune for the dancing. It provides a nice contrast.
