It's a quick test of my new anamorphic combo: i've replaced my Voigtlander Nokton 40 mm f1,4 by a vintage olympus zuiko of the pen f family a 38mm lens with a maximum aperture of 1,8.
I've changed my nokton because of the dificulty for me to focus well in video anamorphic mode with the "ergot" instead of a normal ring on this lens. On the olympus it's a classic ring and i prefer. It's also a little wide without any vignetting. It's seems as sharp as the voigt and it's bokeh is good and creamy too!
I love this new lens and with the baby berthiot it makes a small (10 cm) and light (370) combo to perform anamorphic shots.
