Elemental ( as in essential) Tai Chi is a 3 movement Form done continuously from both sides. One sequence flows into the next. You determine the length of time you want to exercise. A specific breathing pattern is demonstrated. While small in number of moves, the qualitative potential allows any level of Tai Chi Player to concentrate on the core principles of Tai Chi.
