this is the first walk through video concerning the eyewriter / eye tracking software we are developing for the tempt1 eyewriter project.

for more information, check out :

fffff.at/eyewriter/

the code will be hosted here: code.google.com/p/eyewriter

(right now binary and OF 0.06 mac project is there and we are getting setup on the svn...)

in addition, as well as the code coming up, we will posting instructables about the building process soon. we definitely invite people to jump in with suggestions and ideas about how to improve the system, as this is a bit rough.

i've followed all the process from fffff.at/ upto now and after you tweet about it get all the attention and people started to mention about it.This is annoying because anyone who doesnt know why you did this or how the you did this will start commenting like "wow i want one" or " really good work".Anyway, im really happy that you helped your fellow to explain himself and i really admire this coding ability you guys have.I wish I could work with you some.Congratulations.

hey thanks! I think that kind of thing will happen always when you show your progress as you go -- and it's responses like yours that make it worthwhile. we're just happy to try to spread the word about TEMPT, and now that we have some progress, about the code / hardware that we are developing... grow the community and push the project further. thanks!

I´m not a programmer but this is really well explained. I think it´s a very interesting tool to help people with disabilities. Thanks for share the project with the rest of us.
