Begin in neutral stance with barbell in front of feet. Squat down to grasp the barbell and position feet in right-stride stance. Pick up barbell with an explosive "clean" to bring the barbell up to the shoulders while the feet go into a neutral stance. Explosively press the barbell overhead while the feet go into a left-stride stance. Bring barbell down to hips and place back on ground in front of feet. Position feet in left-stride stance. Pick up barbell with an explosive "clean" to bring the barbell up to the shoulders while the feet go into a neutral stance. Explosively press the barbell overhead while the feet go into a right-stride stance. Perform same strategy with wide to narrow and toes out to toes in. Perform desired reps based on goal. Power: 1 rep each, Strength: 2 reps each, Endurance 3+ reps each.
