3. Distributing art around a circle in Illustrator
2 years ago
How often have you wished you could distribute around perfectly around a circle? Jack in Poland was attempting to use a Blend in Illustrator to create the European Union flag but wasn't getting the result he was looking for.

In this technique, I explain how to recreate the European Union flag by distributing stars perfectly in a circular pattern, using a Blend.

Hey Mordy, thanks for the great advice. Was just what i was looking for. I do have one question though. Would it be possible to also explain how to make those stars be perpendicular to the path, you know like in the Presidential Seal of the United States? The distribution of the stars is a bit different then the EU flag.

I would really apriciate the tip on that one.

    Cheers

but what would you do about all different objects? not just the same... say, if you were making a clock face or something?
