To celebrate our 2nd year anniversary, Jasper and I decided to tour around Vietnam and visit our very dear friend Plong. As I passed through immigration (in Ho Chi Minh), Jasper was asked to stay behind. We never knew he needed a visa, not even a proof of his dual citizenship was enough for him to get through. Due to his status of being inadmissible to enter Vietnam we were asked to fly back to Manila right away. After months of anticipation, Vietnam never began.
But then Plong told us to turn it around.
We then booked a flight to Hong Kong the very same day we got "deported".
Then Hong Kong happened.
Plus my first time in Macau.
This is the next episode from my 2010 video "Meg's Empire State of Mind". I've always wanted to make videos with my basic editing skills when I travel. Finally, I made another one!
Thanks to my dear friend Sky, who made us feel at home in Hong Kong. Thank you also to her fellow disney dancers, and roommates, our trip was epic because of you. Continue to live your dream. :)
So here's what I've captured throughout our MEGA SPONTANEOUS and INTENSE "BAHALA NA" trip. Hope you enjoy every moment of it as much as I enjoyed editing it.
I hope I can inspire others to capture moments when they travel, so when you look back, you'll know that planned or spontaneous adventures are totally worth it.
P.S. Thank you @katieandlee for the beautiful tinkerbell flower crown :) (Please follow them on instagram!)
I only used my very own camera phone iPhone 4S and our DSLR Nikon D.... something.

Hmm…it looks like things are taking a while to load. Try again?
