This is a good example of creative marketing. In 2011 Puma held a competition to find six new designs for flip flops that would then be readily available for customers to purchase. The agency Jack in the Box helped Puma promote this competition through several platforms. On the digital front, viral videos were spread on facebook. They also executed an on-ground campaign, visiting 27 venues in India in 15 days. College students and passers by could graffiti a large sculpture of a puma, an old car, and draw their unique design on a shoe print.
