RCO enables mid-to-large size enterprise customers -- which today include
Bechtel, Orange County Sanitation, Fisher-Rosemont and Las Vegas Police -- to
leverage the Internet as a central "hub" for managing thousands of physical
and electronic-based records, which can range in type from large documents, to
film, audio files, drawings and other images. Most critically, through the
integration of Interstage i-Flow, RCO customers will benefit from the
automation of key processes such as record access, viewing, routing, approval,
and management, eliminating inefficient manual processes that were prone to
human error and delays. Ultimately, BPM and workflow will also provide greater
insight into the customers' business overall, for which effective records
management is an integral part of day-to-day business operations.
