Chicago-based artist and activist Laurie Jo Reynolds came to Madison, Wisconsin, in September of 2009 to screen her video Space Ghost for the monthly film series put on by the Wisconsin Network for Peace & Justice prison issues subgroup. She also shared information about the Tamms supermax prison and the activist effort Tamms Year Ten. Before the screening, Laurie Jo led some of the audience members in a mudstencilling exercise outside the building, on the plaza of UW's Library Mall. This technique was perfected by Milwaukee artist Jesse Graves. Get the deets from him, right here mudstencils.com/
