Thanks for the comments, Videonivaria. Most of the look was achieved in After Effects through careful color grading, but I did use a heavily customized version of VIVIDRGB (Disjecta) preset. I only use the preset as a starting point, to lock in the "look", and then fine tune the rest in After Effects.
