First attempt at editing/putting together a slideshow.
I lent one of my cameras to a friend of mine for a trip she took with a friend of hers through Utah, Az, and Ca. a few months ago. I was really surprised with her eye for composition, and knack for "nailing" the moment. I thought she really got great blend of both photojournalistic, and landscape "fine art" type shots.
She used only a Rebel XT with "kit" lens, polarizer, and occasional Tokina fish. I only gave her two tips - "shoot RAW, and expose to the right". Lighting was either bright and harsh, or overcast and drab, and I was amazed at what Lightroom was able to pull from the RAW files.
