Working with Chef Jeremy Sewall is always a pleasure. We shot this video in our Kitchen Studio at Tippingpoint Labs and we ate the whole dish as soon as the director said "Cut". We used a C300 and a 5D and small LEDs to light the final food shots.

The final video was edited using Final Cut Pro and graphics were added from designs created in-house at Tipppingpoint Labs.

This video is part of a 7-part series from Breville, "Fishing for Real". In this video, Chef Jeremy Sewall talks about wet and dry scallops and makes a delicious scallop ceviche recipe using dry scallops.
