On 7 May 2013 the Web2LLP project organised this 2-hour webinar as part of a 10-hour pilot of the online social media course for managers of lifelong learning projects.

This session introduced a variety of different social media tools such as blogs and microblogging and social networking sites. Each was presented and explained and then discussed in terms of the added value they bring to LLP projects. The session also explained how different social media channels and networks can be integrated in a web strategy.
