Here's another rig I've been working on for my Inhuman Character Setup class at SCAD. I added sizable, dynamic antennas that can be posed separately of the dynamics, a stretchy neck, and was told to focus on creating a clean rig that did not get too overcomplicated with controls.
Again, it is a work in progress, and though it wouldn't be necessary for a realistic arthropod I would most definitely like to add stretchy limbs to the spring IKs used throughout. as well as a few extra special small features.
