This is one of the Stanford University 2002 American Parliamentary Debate Association (APDA) tournament's first rounds, between Hopkins ST and the Brandeis/Princeton hybrid (a.k.a. "Albuquerque/Fresno").

As Government, Hopkins ST (Chris Tallent & Dave Silverstone) ran the case that, in the movie Dr. Strangelove, the President of the US should initiate a full nuclear strike of the Soviet Union once the bombers had passed their failsafe points.

Brandeis/Princeton (Storey Clayton & Emily Garin) opposed the case and won the round.
