I hate youtube for their "This video is not available in your country due to copyright restrictions."
    That\s why we choose Vimeo!
2 Robert: thanks for your twitter link. I didn't recognize you by names, was that your idea that failed with milk bottles?

Such a teaser! I'm really liking the show so far. Please i'm waiting anxiously for next week show!

Not that I'm particularly into the reality show format (in fact I hate it very much, the fight, the conflict, the tears...) but it inspires and stimulates my half-sleeping creativity neurons. I particularly like the "Joystick vs Power Sockets" metaphor, it's a clear winner.

Seriously? This program is awful. If you are trying to represent Britains design talent, choose a talented British designer, not a bunch of average designers with massive ego's. The trouble is that talented designers know that Starks designs are poor themselves - funny how they dont mention the luxury super-yacht he just designed when they mention his 'eco-focus'...

Im from Aust but I definitely agree with your first statement, surely there were better candidates in Britain???

Looks like none of the candidates had ever given a thought to functionality or ecology before. Otherwise, they could have just gone right to some objects they had already spotted. Or, picked any alley in the supermarcket, anyone from cereals to outdoor gear, and there selected one really sound object and one really unsound. There always are, and if you think about things from a designer's point of view, you should know.

The gender theme, now, I don't understand. To quote the master, "that, it's shit". What kind of good design do you make with that in mind? You make symbolism, that's what you make.

The lovely brunette made an awful choice: she merely responded the question "what can only be used by a woman and what by a man?" -nothing to do with designing. And Starck even observes that from a symbolic point of view, her pick can be turned upside down. Nonetheless, she's so pretty and graceful you know she'll be one of the favourites (I haven't seen the other shows, so correct me if I'm wrong).

Very interesting, despite the televisual crap (I hate the throwing out drama, they should just stay all to the end). I'll see the next ones.

ive been following season 1, its a entertaining show but definitely a fail to really show the world how real designers work and think.

Sorry if I have offended anyone, but the show is so completely dumbed down and the ideas are mostly horrible its what makes it worth watching :p .

In episode 6 the poster design and concept were ummm horrid. I can't believe they are serious.

Hello! Congratulations! You get the subtitles to Spanish?

@televader lo estan pasando (con subtitulos claro) en ManagemenTV ar.managementv.com//interior/index.php?idCMSIdioma=1

Does anyone knows if there are more episodes online? I kinda liked the show actually, even after reading all the reviews destroying it and also Starck. Those designers are fairly terrible at the most, that's true.
