First 4 minutes are first 2 miles of Kalalau trail (beyond that you need permit)
Rest is of the Hanakapiai trail. Didn't quite make it to the waterfall as it was raining almost constantly and last section required crossing 3 feet high river (before having to cross the river already 3 times earlier at 1 feet high).
