On Saturday, June 13th. 2009 Our Club, The Ford Performance Association put together a true car cruise. It was open to everyone and every brand of car, truck and motorcycle they could bring.
Our day started at Lafreniere Park at 10:00 a.m. we left there at 12:00 noon and headed to Sonic Drive-In in LaPlace. We had a great lunch and the Sonic Staff were wonderful to us. We left there at 4:00 p.m. and headed to Frostop in Destrehan were The F.P.A. has it's open cruise night every second Saturday of the month. With the help of Frostop and there staff this is one of the best in town ( If you have not made it there, you should really try to come )
The day ended at 9:00 p.m. everyone had a great time and made it home safe & sound. We plan to do this again in 2010 with some more stops added. it is still in the planning stages.
But for now we are getting ready for our Big Ford/chevy race October 24 & 25 in Gulfport Ms. and our World of Wheels Show in the Super Dome January 22, 23 & 24, 2010. Hope to see everyone there for these events.
