This was part of my branding and network identity package for Seize the Day, a fictional television show on the National Geographic Channel. The show is about a group of individuals who go and do something adventurous, outside of their daily routine.
The concept behind this promo was to show a person daydreaming about all the potential, "fun" things he could be doing by seizing the day, thereby encouraging viewers to watch the show and seize the day themselves.
