Loughborough University is the top university in Great Britain for sport and produces some of the top athletes in the country from a number of sports.

The majority of the shots were filmed using a high speed camera at 1000 frames per second with some shots captured at 5000 frames per second.

Filmed, directed, edited and produced by Stephen Townsend in 2009 as part of his Masters degree in Art and Design at Loughborough University.
