Today The News-Press did a feature story on Sweet Ginger's Gelato!

"Denise Kulisz is scouting grass-fed cows in Europe in search of fresh milk. She taste-tested fruit concoctions in Milan, searched for Sicilian pistachios and trained with chefs at the Gelato Professional School in Italy.

It's all part of her culinary mission to bring authentic gelato — made with ingredients imported from Italy using Italian-made Frigomat equipment — to Southwest Florida."
