Move of the month targeting total body. You will need a partner for this exercise. Start in a squatting position bending at the hips and knees. Grasp medicine ball and start on the outside of one foot. Start standing while bringing the ball to your chest. Rotate body towards your partner, pivoting on the ball of your foot and toss the ball while fully extending your arms. Stay in that position until your partner tosses the ball back to you. Catch the ball, bring the ball back towards the chest and rotate away from your partner. Bend at the hips and lower ball back to starting position. Repeat this movement to increase thigh/core/upper arm strength, spinal movement, shoulder mobility and strength and finally, cardio activity.
