Steven Duque - Founder & CEO. Prior to Momba, Steven worked at Bullhorn, a global leader in cloud-based recruiting software and services. Steven joined Bullhorn to help launch Bullhorn Reach -- the most popular social media recruiting platform in the world with over 100,000 users -- as the product's first marketing manager, became the product's first enterprise account executive, and served as its Evangelist to deepen its position as a thought leader in social recruiting and recruiting innovation, before ultimately serving as the Bullhorn's Social Media Evangelist. Before Bullhorn, Steven worked in business development & strategy at Jack Morton Worldwise (an IPG company), a global brand experience agency. Steven received his Bachelor's degree in philosophy and sociology from Harvard College, where he co-founded and led The Harvard Voice, a weekly newspaper, as its publisher. Immediately after graduation, Steven toured cross-country as frontman of a rock 'n roll band, Mount Auburn, releasing an EP with a Grammy-nominated producer.

Heather Lapham Duque - Co-founder & CFO. Heather is North American Financial Monitoring Control Director of VivaKi, a Publicis Groupe conglomerate. At VivaKi, Heather provides financial monitoring control oversight over revenues of some of the world's largest advertising and media agencies, such as Digitas and Razorfish. Heather is an advertising and media veteran, with over 15 years of experience in financial and project management roles at some of the world's largest agencies. As a child, Heather took it upon herself to care for the animals on her parents' farm, an experience that taught her the value of her hard work and education. Heather received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, and holds an MBA in Finance & Investments from Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business.
