Broadcast Journalism students from Howe Public Schools invite you on a journey to The Federal Court for the the Western District of Arkansas and Indian Territory. The stories shared during this Western adventure span the years 1872-1896, and will focus on the heroic deeds of Fort Smith's deputy marshals and the outlaws they pursued and brought to justice. The trip will also include an exploration of Judge Isaac C. Parker's Courthouse, often referred to as Hell On The Border.
