Live procedural animation, controlled solely using musical notation data (MIDI), and multi-channel pitch, amplitude and beat detection. All graphics are rendered in real-time.

This is a variation of a previous animation (vimeo.com/6142818), created to conform with the requirements of a festival that I submitted it to. In the end it was not accepted, but I still like it enough to think it is worth submitting here!

I have to say though, Vimeos compression is not being very kind to the video, especially in the beginning there's a great lot of artefacts.
