The Burns Institute has produced its first video about our disparities reduction work in three model sites: Pima County, Arizona; Ramsey County, Minnesota; and Santa Cruz County, California. This DVD, which will be available beginning Oct. 1, 2009, features our three main services: 1) Intensive Site Engagement; 2) RAC Evaluation; and 3) Consultation.
