This video was created for an assignment in my Motion Picture and Digital Cinematography (FILM 104) class, taught by Professor Steven Hirohama at Cerritos College in Norwalk, California, USA. The assignment required experimental use of a GoPro camera, specifically its underwater capability. The footage was shot over multiple trips to the beach and tide pools at Abalone Cove Shoreline Park in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. I used the GoPro camera's underwater housing, a XShot camera extender and a Manfrotto tripod while recording. The video was edited using Final Cut Pro X.
