On May 19th, Bistro Europa entertained a sold out house with our third annual Snout to Tail Event.
With an amazing pig provided by T-Meadow Farms (heritagebreedsusa.com/TMeadow.html) our talented chefs, including guest chefs Carmelo Raimondi and Bruce Wieszala, created a stunning 9 course event. It was definitely a night to experience.
