HV20 + Brevis + Various Lenses
Decided to do a few simple tests on my HV20 using the various lenses I have for my SLR.
Kit:
Canon HV20
Cinevate Brevis CF1 Kit
Custom made rails
Lenses:
Canon 100-400 f4.5-5.6 L
Canon 135 f2 L
Canon 85 f1.8
Tomioka 50 f1.2
Canon 28 f1.8
Canon 17-40 f4 L
Sigma 8 f3.5 II
Lensbaby 3G
It's apparent that I will have to make a telephoto lens brace considering the size of the 100-400. I would like to try this lens at some outdoor sporting events and see how it works.

No, I do not sell the rails system. In fact, I just replaced it with the rail system that Cinevate sells. It's much easier to setup and swap lenses with, and it's black.
Also what tripod head to you have and would you recommend it? I have the same model manfrotto tripod looking for a video head under $100.
I guess EF users are stuck with the wide open aperture of our lenses due to electronic f/stop.
Thanks for sharing info!
Its interesting to see the problem of vignetting at 400mm. The 135mm is surprisingly usable

Did u get a chance to shoot with this setup in outdoors ?
