A short promotional video using Sony EX, and a home made PVC pipe dolly.

Castaway Club, owned and operated by Young Life, is located in beautiful northern Minnesota, miles from downtown Detroit Lakes. In the summer season Young Life campers will experience nothing less than “the best week of their lives!”

Good to see a quality camp video -- Was the EX1's rolling CMOS an issue with camera flashes? What shutter speed for the overcranking?

no i didn't notice really a lot of issues with with the rolling CMOS, i've read a lot about that but shot it regardless. you can see in the footage, some of which is pretty quick (in real time) doesn't have too many issues, at least for a camp promo

i shot it at 720, 24 and then went into the ex1's menu and choose s&q motion 60fps, i think it provided a smooth shot opposed to other ways it can be done, thanks for watching

Good promo and the vitality of youth is maintained to the end!

    Love the slowmo.
