This video consists of two raw images captured at 2248 on 31 May 2013 and 0048 on 01 June 2013. The images are "blink-compared" to assess whether short term variations in RR Lyrae stars can be observed using this technique. Images were captured using a 9.25 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope coupled to a Canon DSLR camera. The images are enlarged segments of wider field images and have not been corrected for hot/bad pixels or noise. Some sharpening was applied to the second image to account for degradation in the focus that occurred apparently due to mirror shift over the course of the two hours.
