Gary Robusto is in the back of the historic Herman Melville House, attempting to communicate with a woman named Caroline. She was a woman who lived in the Lansingburgh area in the 1800's and was also a victim of negative circumstances. Her history is documented in newspaper articles and legal statements of the time. There are two EVP responses on the recording which occur after Gary speaks, both times. It sounds as though the voice is female and that in both instances, they're direct responses to his statements.
