Yes 30p, you didn't read that wrong.
This was filmed for my upcoming 7d how to shoot video DVD for the section about recording sound separately. As most of the DVD was shot on the 5dmkII I kept the 7d at 30p.

what did you use for the shot at 0:30 - 0:40 ?
was it a camera crane or just shoulder mount movement?
Simple and modest.
