If you are not happy with the result, you can check out the tutorials on Vimeo's "Technical Help" sticky threads... I think this video looked fine though.

Thanks Eugenia. Still trying to figure out what works best for the original export from FCP and then again when I upload to vimeo. Not sure divx is perfect for me. Unfortunately my computer has trouble playing any HD files I export, so the first time they play at normal speed is through vimeo. Pretty funny.
