The MonoMano Cycling Control System was designed by 5 Biomedical Engineers out of the University of Rochester, with the goal of making cycling safe and accessible for individuals with single-sided weakness. This adaptive cycling technology enables anyone with the use of a single functional hand to fully operate and enjoy all features of a standard cycle, while offering rehabilitative benefits.

The MonoMano system was recently a finalist in the Rehabilitative Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA) Design Competition.
