It's about staying relevant and knowing not only the trends currently going on but those that are coming. 2003 was a fulcrum year for all of us, where we shifted from the "I" mentality to a "We" mentality. What does that mean? It definitely means a necessary change in how you talk about yourself, to people about them, about products and opportunities.
